Hesap ve Veri Silme

1. Uygulama içinden silme
DoseBox uygulamasında Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı Sil adımlarını izleyerek hesabınızı doğrudan silebilirsiniz.
2. Web üzerinden silme talebi
Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa aşağıdaki formu doldurun. Talebi hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresiyle göndermeniz, kimliğinizi doğrulamamız açısından önemlidir.
3. Hangi veriler siliniyor?
Hesabınız silindiğinde aşağıdaki veriler sunucularımızdan kalıcı olarak silinir:
- Hesap bilgileriniz (e-posta adresi, profil bilgileri)
- İlaç kayıtlarınız, stok ve konum bilgileriniz
- Doz planlarınız ve doz alma geçmişiniz
- Sağlık ölçümleriniz (tansiyon, nabız, SpO2, ateş vb.)
- Oluşturduğunuz aile alanları ve bu alanlara ait kayıtlar
- Uygulamaya eklediğiniz doktor raporları ve dosyalar
4. Saklanan veriler
Yasal yükümlülükler gereği saklanması zorunlu olan kayıtlar (varsa), yalnızca mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca ve yalnızca bu amaçla tutulur. Bu süre sonunda ilgili kayıtlar da silinir. Bunun dışında hesabınıza ait veriler saklanmaz.
5. Ne kadar sürer?
Silme talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alınır. İşlem tamamlandığında e-posta ile bilgilendirilirsiniz.

Account & Data Deletion

1. Deleting from within the app
In the DoseBox app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account to delete your account directly.
2. Requesting deletion from the web
If you can't access the app, fill in the form below. Please send the request from the email address registered to your account so we can verify your identity.
3. What data is deleted?
When your account is deleted, the following is permanently removed from our servers:
- Your account details (email address, profile information)
- Your medication records, stock and location information
- Your dose plans and dose history
- Your health measurements (blood pressure, pulse, SpO2, temperature, etc.)
- Family spaces you created and the records within them
- Doctor reports and files you added to the app
4. Data we retain
Records we are legally required to keep (if any) are retained only for the period required by law and only for that purpose. They are deleted once that period ends. No other data from your account is kept.
5. How long does it take?
Your deletion request is processed within 30 days at the latest. We'll notify you by email once it's complete.
